MINI E Pacesetter
The MINI E Pacesetter is the new for 2021 Safety car of Formula E. Partnering with MINI and MINI Plant Oxford, we delivered multiple 3D printed parts using our proprietary hardware including the striking rear-wing that holds the safety light bar.
SURFFF
DAM director and co-founder, Nate Petre had a dream to print his own surfboard. Previously he has printed surfboards in parts from filament made from a blend of invasive algae and PLA. With DAM BIG FFF printers and Reflow filament, Nate and the team now prints one-piece surfboards using fully recycled thermoplastic.
PRINT BIKE
Partnering with Cooper Bikes, we have created the world's first fully recycled, 3D printed bike and E-Bike. Designed by DAM and fabricated on our machines using DAM Strong Carbon Fibre. The first Print Bikes have been tested and kids variant still undergoing development.
Design for Additive Manufacturing
As well as distributing additive manufacturing DAM is also is designing for additive manufacturing working with a variety of clients to optimise design for production using AM.
